All About Mindful Temperance

I don't think burnout is just being tired. Burnout is what stops good people from doing the good daily habits they already know matter.

I started this work because I watched that happen over and over, capable, caring people running on chaos because we were told chaos is normal. I wanted to teach a different way to live.

I teach sustainable habits because I've watched too many people hustle hard, then swing into overeating and exhaustion, then quit the very habits that would help them. That's the Monday cycle.

Here we practice something different: intermittent fasting windows that fit real life, whole-body movement you can do without a gym, and daily nutrition support with a nutraceutical and fiber routine our community simply calls "The Feel Great System." These aren't about restriction. They're about breaking the binge-hustle-quit loop. We don't do perfection. We practice together, track what actually changes, and build habits you can keep past Monday.

I work with anyone who is ready to quit burnout, and I especially love walking alongside people who are navigating a health condition and want steady habits that support their medical care.

My approach is evidence-informed and educational. It is designed to work with your healthcare team, not replace it. Nothing here is personalized medical advice. Talk with your clinician before changing fasting, exercise, or supplements, especially if you have a health condition, take medication, or are pregnant or nursing.

This is a community that values truth over trends, practices healthy living in real life, and inspires each other to keep choosing habits that last.
