ACCESSIBILITY STATMENT
We built this hub to make information about intermittent fasting, natural health alternatives, and movement easier to understand and act on. That means it should work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, or need higher contrast.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard most US organizations use to support the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What we've done so far
• Structured pages with proper headings so screen readers can skim
• Alt text for images in stories and guides (we're adding this as we publish)
• Color contrast checked for text, buttons, and links
• Site works without a mouse — you can tab through menus, cards, and forms
• Text can be resized to 200% without breaking layout
• No auto-playing video or audio
• Forms have clear labels, including the contact form and newsletter signup

What we're still improving
This is a new, small site and we're adding content semi-monthly.
You may find:
• Some older story photos missing detailed alt text
• PDFs from contributors that aren't fully tagged yet
• Embedded videos without captions (we're prioritizing transcripts for all new videos)
We're working through these in order of impact.

Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current browsers and assistive tech on desktop and mobile, including VoiceOver on iOS, TalkBack on Android, NVDA and JAWS on Windows.

When you write, include the page URL and what you were trying to do. That helps me fix it fast.
Third-party content
Some tools we link to (like affiliate partners) are run by other companies. We can't control their accessibility, but we note it in our reviews and we're happy to suggest alternatives if one doesn't work for you.

Personalized support
If you need content in a different format — large print guide, plain-text version of a story, or a transcript — ask. Because this hub includes my direct contact with members, I'm able to provide that one-to-one.
